Important Notice: Our servers’ uptime is monitored by third party monitoring company, Hyperspin to be 99.99% and we strive to achieve this standard for all our services. For customers who want “Guaranteed Uptime” or “Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA)” protection, we are able to meet these requirements.

Upon request by any existing customers, the remedies for failure of the service provided by SecureAX are available through the optional SLA protection service.

Levels of Service Level Agreement

  • Platinum Service – 99.99% Uptime Guaranteed
  • Gold Service – 99.9% Uptime Guaranteed
