Is initial server hardening & audit done?
Yes, this will be done under our Advanced or Professional Managed Services
Is there any contract for Managed Services?
There is no contract for our Standard Managed Services, since it is included in all our cloud servers offerings. However for Advanced or Professional Managed Services, there is a minimum 12 months contract.
Can I request for Managed Services to cover my on-premise infrastructure?
Yes, under our Professional Managed Services we can help you extend the coverage to your on-premise infrastructure to enhance your hybrid cloud experience. Note that we do not provide any management services for end user endpoints, such as PCs, laptops or workstations
How many hours will you spend on my cloud servers?
It is hard to quantify exactly how many hours our engineers will spend managing your cloud servers. What we do know is the initial effort to deploy and secure your cloud server will be very extensive. The on-going proactive patch & upgrade management will be subject to the frequency of the covered platform or application being released with new updates.
