Sales Manager

Summary of Position
The incumbent is expected to demonstrate good leadership qualities and strong drive in achieving sales target together with the sales team. Additionally, a good understanding of the virtualization and cloud computing environments both in terms of technical and market knowledge in Thailand is mandatory. The incumbent should possess strong interpersonal skills as a good sales person as the position is sales-oriented where reporting is carried out directly to the Managing Director in Thailand office.

Technical Sales training with Microsoft, FireEye, Citrix and Dell shall be arranged for the incumbent to keep abreast of the development of the industry as well as to develop marketing strategies for the sales team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Strong leader for Sales & Marketing team, supporting with commercial & technical knowhow
• Strategise and execute marketing plan to acquire and convert new sales accounts
• Achieve sales targets for Cloud Computing services
• Build strong rapport and develop further business with key accounts
• Proactively identify and develop new customer accounts
• Broad awareness of the market environment and key industry events
• Conduct sales conference and seminars to target audience groups
• Organise and arrange internal & external training activities to Sales & Marketing team to support the subordinates’ career development plans

Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in IT/Computing is an advantage.
• At least 10 years’ relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good written and verbal English with strong communication skills.
• Affable personality with an aptitude to demonstrate empathy.
• Strong knowledge in virtualization platforms, Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Thailand

Technical Sales Executive

Summary of Position
The incumbent is expected to demonstrate good understanding of the virtualization and cloud computing environments both in terms of technical and market knowledge. The incumbent should possess the desired qualities of being a good sales person as the position is sales-oriented where reporting is carried out directly to the Sales & Marketing Director in Thailand office. Extensive on-the-job training on both sales skillset and technical knowledge will be provided, where the incumbent can then progress to a more senior technical sales position within the company.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Outdoor sales and customer visitation
• Perform potential customer infrastructure technical analysis and implementation feasibility study
• Support other Marketing staff with technical knowhow
• Provide high standard of technical support (Level 1) to customers

Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in IT/Computing is an advantage.
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good written and verbal English with strong communication skills.
• Affable personality with an aptitude to demonstrate empathy.
• Basic knowledge in virtualization platforms, Windows Server and Linux operating systems
